Fund Descriptions

Mission Angels:

Special activities and programs for Mercy Health-Springfield and Urbana associates, holiday adopt-a-family activities, and clothing for emergency department patients are among the projects undertaken by Mission Angels.

Mercy Health Med Assist:

Med Assist provides assistance to residents of Clark and Champaign Counties who are unable to afford their prescribed medication and medical equipment.

Mercy Health REACH Program:

Give for Good campaign support will assist with Mercy REACH’s educational outreach focusing on reducing the use, abuse, and addiction to alcohol, drugs, and nicotine in adults and youth in Clark and Champaign Counties.

Give for Good Youth Scholarship Fund:

Scholarship opportunities are available for dependent children of Mercy Health-Springfield and Urbana associates who are pursuing post-secondary study.

Area of Greatest Need:

Your support will benefit each of the Mercy Health Springfield and Urbana projects in this year’s Give for Good Campaign as well provide funding for projects that arise throughout the year.

Mercy Health Urbana Hospital:

Mercy Health Urbana Hospital Emergency Department Waiting Room will receive new furnishings to benefit patients, visitors, and staff.

Springfield Regional Medical Center:

A patio garden with a usable harvest will be planned, built, and maintained at Springfield Regional Medical Center by Mercy Health-Springfield and Urbana associates.

Springfield Cancer Center:

Video and music streaming will be added to the television in the Springfield Cancer Center lobby for the comfort of patients and visitors.

Virtual Health for Mercy Health in Clark & Champaign Counties:

Virtual Health advancements at Mercy Health in Clark & Champaign Counties will be assisted through this Give for Good initiative.

Caring for Our Own Fund:

Provides aid to associates facing financial hardships.

Bon Secours Mercy Health Impact Fund:

Impact greatest needs ministry-wide. Your gift will be shared among all BSMH Foundation markets.
